She checked me and i was 1-2cms dialated, and my cervix was soft, and babies head was engaged. She did a membrane sweep and then i went home to wait. For the next 2 days I started losing my mucus plug, but no contractions. Then on Sat July 3rd I had some bloody show. So I went to the store got everything ready, and dh and i went out walking. ihad a few contractions, but nothing regular. Then about 9:30 they started to get uncomfortable abd regular. At 10 pm I called the midwife , and she said she would meet us at the birth center at 11pm. we arrived and she checked me and i was 6-7cms, effaced, and baby was at 0 station. I got in the tub and the contractions got stronger and at 12:30am on July 5th baby Ruby was born.

We went to the bed and got to know each other and we went home about 3 Am. So our family is complete, with a final count at 3 boys and 2 girls :)

It's a girl!

We got our girl! So on wednesday afternoon i took a dollar store test.It look like a BFN at first but when i looked later there was a line. So i took another dollar store one the next day with FMU and it was a faint positive so i went out and bought FR and digital ones. The first response was a BFP that afternoon. I took another FR and a digital this morning with FMU and got another BFP. So i got a BFP on 9,10, and 11 DPO :)

I hope the early symptoms and BFP are good signs. But i have done all i can, it is in Gods hands now. I retested the RO water with enhanced minerals, and also i found some purified drinking water that is RO without enhanced minerals. The ph of Both was 5.5 which is good. This time i O'd earlier than expected. On CD 8 i stated to get some EWCM witch is normal. My temps were really low this month, and on cd 11 i had a temp drop from 97.5 to 97.4. Also on cd 11 I had a +OPK and my cm was sticky by the end of the day. I was not sure what to do so we did not have the attempt that night. The next morning I discovered my temp had risen to 97.6. Still had sticky CM So we BD that night after BD I used some replens. I tested this before and replens brought my ph down to a 4.5-5.0. The next morning it was still a 4.5 to 5. I think we might have been to late. We had one other unprotected BD 5 days before o. Someone suggested that the ph of reverse osmosis(RO) water was very low. That got me thinking When we conceived Gabby We had an RO water filter for drinking water. I think it was for only drinking water but i can't remember exactly. When we conceived all three boys we were not drinking RO water just spring water or filtered water.

So i have been doing an experiment. i tested the ph of our tap water and it was at 6.75. Then i tested the ph of our filtered fridge water and it was a 7.0. I am not sure why the difference but it was there.
then i got some purified water that was filtered with an RO filter. The water was enhanced with minerals Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Bicarbonate, and Potassium Chloride. The ph was kid of hard to figure out one of my ph strips said 5.2 and the the other one said about 6.0 so i am not sue about the discrepancy.
My next step is to find some RO water that is not enhanced with minerals.

our attempt this cycle

Ok so we tried o+12 this month. My ph is totally wacky this month. Last week it was in the 6's right after Af. Then it went down to the high 5's. now it is up to the high 7's. After i got the high ph's last week I started taking a probiotic pill everyday to see if that would help lower it. obviously it did not. Also i have learned that going in the pool might cause it to go up.
So no pool, no probiotic.

here is a list of all the supplements i am taking.
1200 calcium
250mg magnesium (every other day, every day made me so irritable i thought i had permanent pms)
100 mg b6
500 mg vitamin c
1900 mg cranberry
81 mg baby aspirin
10mg loratadine (generic for claritin)

I took sudafed around o time last cycle 3 a day fr three days, but it did not dry up Cm or make my ph any lower.

rephresh does not work it made my ph go up.

the only thing i have not tried is douching. some ladies on the board have said that vinegar douche makes their ph go up. so if i try that i will definatly make it a lime one.

my new plan

Well around o time my cervix usually is high and soft for about 3 days, and i have some ewcm. then my cervix shift to low and my cm becomes sticky for 2 days then my temps shift up. Well to start with for the last two months I have been taking cranberry, and calcium supplements. As well as eating increased dairy, and lots of pasta. I have also added aspartame an artificial sweetener to lower ph. My ph is in the 5 range when not oing and in the6 range during o. It is not really changing much. i have also been excersising a few days a week.

This is our first attempt. We started frequent bd starting on CD4 until CD10. We were planning on going until cd 12 but my body started acting like it was oing. On cd 9 i has cramps low on my right side and on cd 10 i had some cm with pink streaks in it. I really hope i get Af so we can try something else next cycle.

my plan now

It is now about two months until when i wanted to start trying for pink. i have been thinking alot about the time frame i concieved my DD.
