My experiment continued

First of all we got a BFN for August. So we are on again for Sept. We are following the same plan again O+12, i just think we need to bd as soon as possible after my CM turns sticky.

On to my experiment. I retested the RO water with enhanced minerals, and also i found some purified drinking water that is RO without enhanced minerals. The ph of Both was 5.5 which is good. So i am going to be drinking this purified water and check my ph and see if it changes.

our August attempt

We got a BFN for July So we started again with Aug. This time i O'd earlier than expected. On CD 8 i stated to get some EWCM witch is normal. My temps were really low this month, and on cd 11 i had a temp drop from 97.5 to 97.4. Also on cd 11 I had a +OPK and my cm was sticky by the end of the day. I was not sure what to do so we did not have the attempt that night. The next morning I discovered my temp had risen to 97.6. Still had sticky CM So we BD that night after BD I used some replens. I tested this before and replens brought my ph down to a 4.5-5.0. The next morning it was still a 4.5 to 5. I think we might have been to late. We had one other unprotected BD 5 days before o. I an not holding my breath for this cycle but you never know.

doing an experiment

The ph of various waters was discussed recently on the board. Someone suggested that the ph of reverse osmosis(RO) water was very low. That got me thinking When we conceived Gabby We had an RO water filter for drinking water. I think it was for only drinking water but i can't remember exactly. When we conceived all three boys we were not drinking RO water just spring water or filtered water.

So i have been doing an experiment. i tested the ph of our tap water and it was at 6.75. Then i tested the ph of our filtered fridge water and it was a 7.0. I am not sure why the difference but it was there.
then i got some purified water that was filtered with an RO filter. The water was enhanced with minerals Magnesium Sulfate, Potassium Bicarbonate, and Potassium Chloride. The ph was kid of hard to figure out one of my ph strips said 5.2 and the the other one said about 6.0 so i am not sue about the discrepancy.
My next step is to find some RO water that is not enhanced with minerals.
